By accessing or using the services offered by Ma Santé Clinique Mobile (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Our Services

Ma Santé Clinique Mobile provides licensed nursing care in the comfort of your home. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Preventive care (e.g. vaccinations)

  • Postoperative follow-up

  • Chronic condition monitoring

  • Pediatric and maternal care

  • Blood draws and specimen collection

  • Personalized wellness and health consultations

All services are delivered by certified professionals who adhere to current healthcare standards.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and medical information when booking a service.

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Fees and Payment

Our services are billed based on the type and duration of care provided. You will be informed of applicable fees prior to receiving care. Payments are due upon receipt of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update our pricing structure at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided through our official communication channels.

5. Eligibility for Services

To be eligible for our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  • Reside within our serviceable geographic area.

We reserve the right to decline services in situations that pose risk to our staff or when the care needed is outside our professional scope.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Ma Santé Clinique Mobile provides nursing and wellness services, but we do not replace emergency medical services or the role of a physician. In case of medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Ma Santé Clinique Mobile shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, client no-show)

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services

  • Errors or omissions in information provided by clients

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and sanitary environment for the visiting nurse

  • Clearly communicating any allergies, medical history, or conditions that may affect care

  • Following professional medical advice provided during the visit

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on our official website or through direct communication. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

Ma Santé Clinique Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Québec.
